In our increasingly competitive world, good communication skills are prized. The ability to inspire, persuade and mobilize others, should be taught in all schools. Public speaking involves so much more than learning how to be comfortable talking in front of an audience; it’s about learning how to authentically connect and get along with others.

"We just completed a phenomenal course facilitated by instructors from Captivating Speakers. The lessons were engaging and practical, equipping our students with tools to understand the power of communication, improve their communication skills and strengthen their confidence. It was amazing to see the development of each student as they participated in the sessions.
After eight sessions, I am convinced that our students will enjoy more meaningful communication in their personal relationships, social situations, speaking assignments and interviews.
Initial classes were filled with hesitant, withdrawn people. In start contrast, later sessions were characterized by volunteers who were eager to demonstrate what they had learned while sharing stories that moved audiences to laughter and even tears.
Student feedback was enthusiastic and positive with most students expressing an interest in taking a semester or year class to continue the program.
As a teacher, I expected to observe the class and offer any support if needed. Instead, I was captivated by the facilitators and the activities and learned many exciting strategies to improve and enhance and improve my own communication to better serve my students.
